DESCRIPTION:Join the 4th Annual Stand with the Banned Music Festival! \nMusic\, food\, and talks will take place in the courtyard behind the bookstore. Screen printing will be next door at Penny Print Studio. \n12 pm Documentary: Banned Together: The Fight Against Censorship (90 min)\nVisionary teenagers\, public protests\, threats\, criminal charges\, and drama-filled school board meetings: this is the explosive world of BANNED TOGETHER\, the first feature documentary about fighting book bans and censorship in the U.S. This award-winning doc presented with the Vaughn Library and Bay Area Film Society. (Also showing Friday\, June 6 at 7 p.m.) \n1-4 pm Wear Your Mood: Screen Prints at Penny Print Studio\nPenny Print Studio will be screen printing original art with Ban the Fascists\, Save the Books on your tees. $10 fee. One (1) t-shirt per customer. Penny Print will also have T-shirts available for sale for screen printing or get your Honest Dog Books tee and print it on the back. \n2-3:15 pm Polka on Purpose  w/ Jan Lee\, Tom Mitchell\, Jane Aleckson\nPolkas & good time music as well as the annual sing-along of our original banned books anthem\, “When Will This Madness End?” \n3:30-5:15 pm Molly Otis & the Danger Band\nSinger\, songwriter\, fiddle\, mandolin\, guitar player\, and regional favorite Molly Otis fronts this country\, blues band. \n5:30-7:30 pm Spring Fed\nSpring Fed is a cooperation of the chillest musicians on the shores of Lake Superior. Funk\, Reggae\, Blues. \nHosted by Honest Dog Books and Penny Print Studio with thanks to major sponsorship from Big Top Chautauqua.
